I have WORD 2000. I've completed a 200+ dissertation with six chapters,
endnotes and a bibliography. I need to place the endnotes BEFORE the
Bibliography and Vita pages, but MS won't let me cut and paste the endnotes
into a new section...seems they must be at the END.
