multi-user editing Microsoft Word 2003 document
I have nine users who have been using a Microsoft word document to prepare
work schedules that then go to other people. The work schedules are marked up each day between4-5 PM which means all nine try to update the same document that is on the workgroup server in the same 60 minute period. Is there some way to give each user a separate copy and then merge the changed information, e.g., updated tables (each user has their own calendar table)? Please advise if this information is already in the Microsoft Word help file. |

There is a Compare and Merge Documents feature in Word.
