Default How do i stop the Template Help from opening when open a document

I set up a fax using a template and saved it as a Word document. Everytime I
open the document to send another fax the 'Template Help' appears. This is
annoying as i have to close this everytime. It isn't a Template anymore. How
can i switch this off?

Hi ?B?Tm8tTA==?=,

Did you download this template from somewhere? Which version of Word is this?

I'm not familiar with anything that comes with Word that contains or displays
something called "Template help"... Is this a dialog box?
