Insert | Reference | Cross-reference to Paragraph number of Numbered item.
Cross-references (REF fields) don't update entirely automatically but will
be updated along with other fields--that is, when you print, Print Preview,
or Ctrl+A, F9. If you leave the "Insert as hyperlink" box checked, the
cross-reference will also be a hyperlink.
