Default repetitive long sentances, how do i store and reused them in word

I write property reports and there are a number of stock sentance which are
used regularly. I wish to be able view these and cut and paste and alter as
required. Apart from have to work files open side by side, is there another
way of a programe i could use.

Look up the feature named AutoText in Word Help. It does all you need &
more.
