Default Strange Word behaviour

Recently I asked for help for my BT Yahoo connection as I was having trouble
reading my e-mails.

since then I am able to open and use word and save a document. If howver I
wish to open an exsiting document, Word reports that the document is
unavailable.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before.

(Word has been neawly re-installed!)

Hi ?B?QWxleFI=?=,

1. What changes did you make to your configuration when working on your BT
Yahoo connection?

2. Which version of Word and Windows are involved?

3. Are you getting this message in Word's File/Open dialog box? If not, under
what exact circumstances?
