Using Pre-Printed Form
Use a (borderless) table that fills the page and merge the cells of that
table that cover the three spaces on your form. Put your merge fields in the three remaining cells. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Darryl Joynt wrote: I need to printed on a pre-printed invoice form. a)I have mail merge data for Bill and Ship to that has merged data in it b)Then a text block c)Then a return tear off that has merged data in it I need each of these 'sections' to begin at a specific spot on the page, but I can't seem to get the data to STAY in the exact same spot on the paper.
