Word Perfect is not a Microsoft product. Word is their word processing
program. It is not free. Because you are still running Windows ME, you can;'t run the current version. Word 2002 is that last version to run on Win ME. You're going to have to get ready to spend some money - and do some searching for an older software program. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "ashley messeir" ashley wrote in message ... hi i seem to be missing my word perfect for windows 98. That's good - I know a lot of people who are still using 98. My "craptop"
does but I have Office XP Pro on it. It's good info to keep tucked away just in case a friend wants a more current version of Word. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Sunny" wrote in message ...
