Default "Print setup" is not showing up

Possibly because Word does not have a "Print setup" command. It does have a
Page Setup dialog, which can (usually) be accessed from the File menu.
Graham has told you how to restore that. You can also access it much more
easily by double-clicking on the horizontal ruler.
