Default envelope wizard

I am trying to use my Outlook contacts in the envelope and label wizard. It
does not pick up the persons title as part of the name (ie. shows Joe Blow
instead of Dr. Joe Blow). How can I get the wizard to pick up the title?
Usually I am just printing one envelope or label for mailing bills. Is this
something I need to change in Word or in Outlook?

Thank you for your reply. From following that link to another link, I found
out that the field I was wanting is not available in Word 97. Does anyone
know if it is available in Office XP?

This is what I found:
The following table lists the fields that are unavailable for use in
Microsoft Word. Address
book
these fields
Property Explanation are in
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

PR_DISPLAY_NAME_PREFIX prefix Mr., Dr., etc. Outlook

I used the information in this document to set up a new "AddressLayout" in
AutoText and insert the Address Book button on my toolbar. It works fine to
insert the address into my document and then open the wizard, but if I just
open the Envelope and Label Wizard and use the Address Book button in it, I
get the old address format. Is there another name for this Address Book
button? Can I get it to use the new layout without having to insert the
address into a document first? Any help would be appreciated! I can do it
the long way, but I am not sure I will remember by the next time I try to do
this. (Short term memory loss). I am always looking for ways to automate
things so that I don't have to remember how to do them.
