Default Style and Indenting

Hello everyone, I am trying to prepare a huge document in word 2007, in which
I had a issue with the following style, when I select Heading 3 under Section
5.4, it is showing me 1.1.1 instead of 5.4.1, I tried to modify the numbers,
tried change the styles but with hard luck, I know its something with the
Paragraphs, but I am unable to figure it out. So any suggestions or ways to
solve the issue is highly appreciative. Thank you

The quickest way to fix this is to recreate the numbering scheme: On the
Home tab, click Multilevel List. Under "List Library," click the "1 Heading
1 1.1 Heading 2 1.1.1 Heading 3" format. This should reapply the built-in
list to your headings.
