Default Forms - text

I have created a form in which an employee fills in their name then tabs t
the next field to place department. When the employee types in their name the
Department field moves. How can I format the field to stay in place?

You set the "NAME" Text Form Field to a MAXIMUM length. This will keep the
NAME from moving the DEPT field.
