Default how to export MS Word preferences from old computer to new one?

i know how to export macros, but what about all the other customization of
toolbars, etc., that i've done, can my preferences/options be exported from
old computer and imported to new one?

You need particularly to save your personal templates - especially the
normal template, and you might consider exporting the Word Data and Custom
label sub keys of
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\W ord (example is Word 2003)
Windows XP has a files and settings transfer wizard (Programs Accessories
System Tools) that you may find useful.
