Default deleted documents

i am trying to retrieve some assumingly deleted documents. it states that
the document has a missing shortcut and ends with .docmcan anyone help?!

Default deleted documents

docm would be a macro enable Word 2007 template, which you will find in the
folder indicated at Word Options Advanced File Locations User
templates. If you have deleted it it will be either in the Recycle Bin, or
gone forever.
