Default Mailmerge - setting sequenced appointments

I have 30 or so appointments that I have to send individual letters out for.
Each appointment is on one of three days at 30 minute intervals beginning at
9:30am. How do I set up the initial appointment time and get each following
time to fall in after 30 minutes without manually entering each one?

I would suggest that you use an Excel sheet as the data source. It is quite
simple to create a column of times where each one increments 30 minutes
(1/48 of a day) from the previous one

Hope this helps.
