How do I re-size text boxes in diagrams?

Easiest way is to select the textbox and grab one of the handles - click and
drag in the direction you want to resize. The 'handles' are small circles at
the corners and in the middle of each side.

If you want to be really precise in your resizing, with the textbox
selected, choose Format Text Box from the Menu and select the Size tab -
there you can enter dimensions.
