Hi,
Recently installed (download) Vista Home Premium (32 bit)and now my Printer
will not print any original or saved docuemnts from my word program, it will
print items saved from the internet in word(copy and paste) .
The printer prints the test page just fine and the color page just fine and
pages from the internet just fine. I have been to HP, uninstalled and
reinstalled the printer, IIt does not seem to be "talking" to word. Or excel
for that matter.
Before the downlaod printer and word and excel worked just fine. I
I am worried that I might need a new Office program .
Any help for this small office printer problem is appreciated, lots of work
and no printer, I am sure you can relate!
