I do not have the Microsoft Office Online option installed on my pc, I would
like to use the clipart.

I have Word 2003 installed (Office 2003) Please could you tell me how to
install it?

Press F1 to open the Help task pane. At the bottom, click on Online Content
Settings, which will open a dialog giving you some options. Also, at the
bottom of the Clip Art task pane, there is a link for "Clip art on Office
Online." Access to this may be determined by your Online Content Settings.
