why does /2 come up when i try to press the number two key?

Default why does /2 come up when i try to press the number two key?

Also anytime i press eight it sends me to the url bar its very frustrating, all i did was recharge my laptop after its battery died and resumed the system the slash goes away now and again but comes back when i press 2 constantly.
