Default Inserting single address from Outlook Contacts in Word 2002 docum

Hi

I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve this myself using Help and newsgroups
and I would be grateful for some assistance.

I can use mail merge, I can print individual addresses onto envelopes but I
want to be able to insert a single address from my Outlook Contacts folder
into Word 2002 documents (not always on a separate envelope or label as I use
envelopes with transparent windows for routine correspondence). Word came as
part of an Office XP Standard Package.

Is it possible to do this please? and if so how?

If there are already threads or FAQs saying how to do this I do apologise, I
have been unable to find them adn would appreciate a link.

Problem solved, I thought "Catgory" was to be found within one of the panes
visible under the "Command" tab. I did not see that it was one of the
panes. Selecting "Insert" in the left pane meant I could find "Address" in
the right pane and drag it up to a toolbar.

Thanks for the help.
