mail merge
I have two excel spreadsheets, I contains data which is fed to a second
spreadsheet which then acts as a database for a mail merge document which is a table. When i merge the document sometimes only half of the data appears. It is clearly in the database. Why does this happen? If I play around with the two spreadsheets, ie. one open, both open, none open, save again or update links eventually it may work correctly but I don't exactly know which configuation is giving the correct result and waste a lot of time this way. Can anyone help? |
