hide repeated items in a listing
Through mailmerge in Word 2003, I am preparing a sorted zip listing of many
names. When there are many listings in the same zip, it looks better to just list the zip once at the head of the list. Is there some way to hide these duplicate zips automatically? |

macropod's reply was:
Hi Al, What you need is a Catalogue/Directory mailmerge with sorted data. To see how to do this, check out my tutorial at: http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/show...?Number=731107 Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk editor Al wrote: I didn't get your previouos reply.
