Default need to make master layout 4 post cards on page?

I 'm trying to create a sheet to use for a risograph to print promotioal post
cards in word 2000. On 8 1/2" x 11" paper I need to eithher print in
landscape mode or turn the cards vertically. Also having trouble putting clip
art on top left corner, does not allow printing to the right at top of card

Use Avery label definition 3263 - Post Card.

that setting is good for the return address side but I need to do a promo
peace on a post card and then copy it landscape style so I get 4 copies per
page, the postcard layout only allows an option of 2 per page
