HOW DO I DUPLICATE STYLE FORMATTING FROM ONE FILE TO ANOTHER?
I am using Word to edit documents that are saved from health insurances'
websites. I want to copy the editing made from one file to another, to decrease time consumption in editing these documents. |

Create a template with the desired paragraph styles. Then create a new
document based on the template, insert one of the documents, and apply the styles as appropriate. -- Suzanne S.
