Default How can Word update the linked filename for Shape object automatic

Hi,
I'v inserted a Shape object into a word document, and I hope that the Shape
object can be dynamically linked by Environ("UserName"), for example, UserA
link to A.Gif, UserB link to B.Gif

I've tried to insert Shape object as follows: Insert / Shape / From Files /
.... / Linked toFile, Suppose I'm UserA to create the word document Test.Doc
linked to Environ
("UserName").Gif // ie. A.Gif. But if I copy the Test.Doc to UserB, it still
links to A.Gif
-_-||| ,

How can I solve the problem ?

Thanks A Lot,
Best Regards,
