Edit Text Form Field
I am trying to edit a text form field in a form document that has already
been "filled out". When I click the Text Form Field on the toolbar, all the existing text is removed. I want to edit the existing text, not start from scratch. |

I want to edit the existing text, not start from scratch. Then _don't_ click the text form field button on the toolbar! Just click inside the existing text in the form field itself, and start editing. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
