Default using word 2007 suppress blank line when merge field is empty

Eg.
Not all records have an address2, need to skip blank line when this happens.

Use an If...then...Else field construction

{ IF { MERGEFIELD Address2 } = "" "{ MERGEFIELD City }, { MERGEFIELD State }
{ MERGEFIELD Zip }" "{ MERGEFIELD Address2 }[Enter]"{ MERGEFIELD City }, {
MERGEFIELD State } { MERGEFIELD Zip }" }

You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and use
Alt+F9 to toggle off their display. Insert a carriage return in the field
construction in place of the [Enter]

Hope this helps.
