Default how do I permanently add a new color to the choices in toolbar

I want to add a new color to the options that pop up when I click on the "A"
or color options in the toolbar of Word.

I know how to make a nw=ew color, but not how to permanently add it to the
choices given when selecting the color options.

You can't - but you can create a paragraph/character style formatted in that
revised colour which you can apply to your text.
