Default Ctrl+Alt+right No longer works.

My pc was replaced at work and a keyboard shortcut I use frequently no longer
works.

I use ctrl+alt+right (arrow) for the BorderRight command.

I think I had this problem when I got my old PC around 2 years ago. I can't
remember what I did to allow me to use the shortcut. I haven't been able to
find a solution using help or the knowledge base.

I just figured it out.

The video driver allows the use of hotkeys, as many do these days. With the
video hotkeys enabled, the word combination of ctrl+alt+right (or any arrow
key) was blocked.

Thanks
