Word Template with Page Border using Send To Mail Recipient - Outl
I am posting this in both the Word General Discussion and Outlook General
Discussion areas because I don't know where it belongs. I have both Word 2002 and Outlook 2002 I create a Newsletter type document with a "Page Border" in Word. I do a File / Send To / Mail Recipient and Outlook is called up. I get my recipients email addresses from the Outlook Address Book. I do a Send. My recipients get the Newsletter document but WITHOUT the Page Border. Any ideas why and how to fix the problem ? Thank you in advance, Paul M |

You have absolutely no control over how recipients view their e-mails. Many
users, myself included, have their e-mail software configured only to view as plain text. If you want them to see the message exactly as you intended, then mail it as a PDF attachment for which you'll need extra software. If you send it as a Word document attachment it may be corrupted in transit and in any case Word formats according to the printer driver so even if it did arrive unscathed there is likely to be some reformatting when the document is opened http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org .. carolpm wrote: I am posting this in both the Word General Discussion and Outlook General Discussion areas because I don't know where it belongs.
