Default How do I change the background color in word?

I am trying to change the background color in word it is all a pale blue and
I am having problems with my eyes. The color on my other computer is gray and
I can see it a lot better. Can anyone help, please. I thank you in advance.

The background color in Word is determined by the "Application Background"
color in Control Panel | Display | Appearance.
