Default templates for arbitration/legal cases?

I am preparing documents to submit for an arbitration case, to include an
"agreed documentation" index, "skeleton arguments" by claimant and
anticipated arguments by other side. My aim is to make it clear and logical
for all involved to find their way through the paperwork and cross-reference
key points with dates etc so is there a suitable template available please?

I just started creating my own and then thought there might already be one
out there! Thanks
