numbering within cell tables
Hi,
I would like to use some numbering styles in a table. In the second column of the table I would like to number the cells with 1,2, 3, etc. This is working using the List Number Style. I would like to number some cells in the third column of the table. Within each sell I would like to number using a, b, c, etc. I have created a new style called "list letters" and based it on the List Number style. Doing so removes the numbering from column 2 and converts it to the List Letters style. Any suggestions? |

Instead of basing your custom style on List Number, try creating a
completely new one, and then define its numbering. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Karen" wrote in message news Hi, I would like to use some numbering styles in a table.
