Default How do I scan a document to word that I may fill in the blanks?

I am running Wndows XP Media Center...Word 2003....Please help me to scan a
document to Word so that I may "fill in the blanks" of that document. My

It's not going to be as easy as you think. You can scan it in as a picture
and then add text boxes where you need them. Or you can scan it in as OCR
(with results that can range from good to really crappy) and tweak the
bejeebers out of it until it's a form.

Seriously - it'll take less time to fill it in manually. I suspect that's
not what you wanted to hear but I prefer not to mislead you into thinking
that it's merely a matter of click-click and you're done.
