We have a custom template that seems to have an issue with Watermarks.
When I create a new document via the template, the Insert Page Watermark
menu item is not shown. If I just create a new default document then it is
there.
Any idea what would cause this and how to fix it?
This is Word 2003.

There is no Insert Page Watermark command in Word; the command used is
Format | Background | Printed Watermark. Perhaps Insert Page Watermark is a
special feature created by a macro or add-in in your copy of Word?

Format | Background | Printed Watermark is what I actually meant, sorry.
Turns out the menu for some reason was messed up, I had to force it to reset
and then it appeared.
