Default word merge page break on different departments

This is my second post. I posted it in MSAccess forum by mistake. I
have a word template that has a few fields in a rows down the page i.e
below, pretty simple. Is there a way I can page break on the Department
field after each department. There are about 20 different department, I
want a page break after each. Thanks in advance.

=ABLastName=BB=AB=ABDepartment=BB=ABJobTitle=BB
=ABNext Record=BB=ABLastName=ABDepartment=BB=ABJobTitle=BB

«LastName»««Department»«JobTitle»
«Next Record»«LastName«Department»«JobTitle»

If you choose the merge type "form letter", and remove the "Next Record"
field from the document, mail merge will automatically create a new page
for each new record.
