How do I reduce the size of a file for emailing?
If the document contains a pictures, use the compress pictures option.
In Word 2007: Picture Tools | Format | Adjust | Compress Pictures. Simon Jones "Michigan201" wrote: I am trying to reduce a word file so that I can email it to someone. There is noting in the help menu that tells me how to do this. I have zipped it, but that does not make is small enough. |
