The undo command in Microsoft Word doesn't work
I'm using Microsoft Word 2003 SP on Windows XP. In the last day or two I've
noticed that the Undo command no longer works. When I enter text, for example, in my Word document: - The Undo icon on the Standard toolbar becomes available, but when I move the mouse to the icon to click it, the icon grays out (becomes the Can't Undo icon) as soon as the insertion point moves above the page. - When I open the Edit menu, the Undo command is grayed out and displays "Can't Undo." - When I attempt Ctrl + Z, it has no effect and the Undo icon on the toolbar immediately becomes grayed out. I'm using the same installed version of Word that I have for quite some time and have never had this problem before. Has anyone else had this problem and discovered a solution? Thanks, Tom Storer |
