Why do I lose half of a mail merge document when saving it?
I am using mail merge to make postcards(2 per page, 4 total). I complete the
merge, documents print fine, but when saving as a word doc. and closing, I lose half of it. I re open it and only have one page, 2 postcards. Help? |

While you may have executed the merge to the printer to obtain the 4
postcards, if you want to save a document that contains them, you will have to execute the merge to a new document and save that. -- Hope this helps.
