Default Printer settings for name place cards.

i am using a epson photo 250 and want to print name cards but i am having
problems getting the name in the correct spot. the cards are 10.6cm wide and
10cm in length. there are 3 to a page, i dont understand vertical pitch etc
i just want to print my cards.

Vertical pitch is the distance from the top of one card to the top of the
next.
