Default Changing page set up of labels

I have approximately 100 mailing labels that are set up to print out on a
Avery 5160 and I want to change the label type to Avery 5162. I have Word
2007 and cannot figure out how to change it. The labels are already saved.
I do not want to cut and paste into a new label.

The labels were not set up as a mail merge.

Thanks

See "Convert Labels into Mail Merge Data File" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's
