Default Can I insert a hyperlink in a footnote to a place in the same doc.

Hello,
I have trouble inserting a hyperlink in a footnote to another place in the
same document (which is not a footnote).
I know how to insert a hyperlink, and I've tried the bookmarks too - I have
bookmarked the text I want to go to from the footnote, inserted the hyperlink
to it in the foonote, but it doesn't work if you Ctrl+click on the hyperlink
(it jumps to the beginning of the document instead). Hyperlinks like that
work just fine if inserted from the body of the text, not a footnote, so I
wonder if these hyperlinks from the footnotes to places in the same document
are possible at all (i.e., if it is possible to link a footnote to another
place in the same document).
Thank you.
