Default breaking on each unique record

I am creating nametags in word using an excel data source and each record has
a unique id#. The issue is that each id# may have multiple rows. For example
id #1 may have 4 rows so 4 nametags to print, id #2 may have 10 for 10
nametags, etc. How do I break at each unique ID so that the unique id starts
a new page, regardless of the # of rows belonging to each id?

Hi msm,

You can use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility for this (the terminolgy depends on the Word version). To see how, check
out my Word 97-2007 Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at:
http://www.wopr.com/index.php?showtopic=731107
or
http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip
Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it.
