Default word wrap

How do you wrap when using numbers and want the test to automatically line up
under the text.
Example. 1. sssssssssssssss
sssssssssssssssssss

Thanks!

Try this: Highlight the lines, choose Format Bullets & Numbering, then
choose the 'Numbered' tab, then choose the 'Customize' button. Play around
with the Text Position options.
--- Good luck.

This is called a "hanging indent." You can apply it from the Format
Paragraph dialog or using the ruler
(http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/UsingRulers.htm). If you apply
automatic numbering or bullets, the hanging indent is included
automatically, but it is generally a bad idea to do this using the Numbering
or Bullets buttons on the Formatting toolbar; it's better to apply numbered
or bulleted styles such as one of the List Number or List Bullet series,
which you can customize as required. For more on this, see
http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/bull...olbullets.html and

This is called a hanging indent. Ctrl-T turns this on. Ctrl-Shift-T turns it
off. You can get more control using the ruler or the paragraph formatting
dialog box Format Paragraph.
