If that is the sort of grace you exhibit when someone wastes his own
time and effort to attempt to assist you - and then points you in
the right direction, perhaps you could tell us why we should bother
to respond to your questions in the future?

This is a user peer group not a Microsoft help desk. We don't know
everything, but we do our best to assist. Microsoft didn't 'drop you
like a hot potato' it never picked you up in the first place. No-one
from Microsoft (officially) responds here. If you want Microsoft's
help I am sure that they will be happy to take your money.
