Default How do I prevent a document from opening with mark ups visible?

I am writing my resume, and I can't get the document always opens with the
mark ups visible. It is really anoying! How do I delete all the markups or
force the document to open without them visible?

1. Display the Reviewing toolbar if it is not already displayed.

2. Click the Track Changes button to turn it off.

3. Click the arrow beside the Accept Change button and choose Accept All
Changes in Document.

4. Click the arrow beside the Delete Comment button and choose Delete All
Comments in Document.
