Hi there folks,
My question is this. I have a document with various font sizes but I want to decrease them all by 2 sizes. How do I do this? Thanks. |

Word has two sets of built-in shortcuts for sizing fonts:
1. Ctrl+] and Ctrl+[ increase and decrease the font size by 1 point. 2. Ctrl+ and Ctrl+ increase and decrease the font size to next listed size. The difference here is that using Ctrl+] on 12-pt type will increase it to 13 points; Ctrl+ will increase it to 14 pts. To use the shortcuts, Ctrl+A to Select All, then press the desired shortcut. -- Suzanne S.
