Automatic Date Insertion
Hello Guys and Girls,
Could you tell me how to fix this please? Open up a new document in Word Start typing the sate in full i.e. 25th August 2005 As soon as I get to the "5" of "2005" a yellow box appears asking me to press "Enter" to insert, if I press enter it adds an extra date on the end of the text i just typed. How do I turn off this function but leave all other auto-texts and auto-formats as they are - is there a way? |

You can't. The usual workaround is to type a space after the
year and then press Enter. Simon wrote: Hello Guys and Girls, Could you tell me how to fix this please?
