Hi Rexmann,
Word has only limited abilities in this area, for replicating formulae on different rows in the same column, and it's hardly intuitive. For information on how to do this see: http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/show...?Number=365442 (url all one line) Cheers "rexmann" wrote in message ... Hi
One way of doing it is by copying and pasting the formula and you have to right click and say "Update Field". "rexmann" wrote: Hi all if I create a formula in a word table is there a way of replicating the formula for other cells as you do in excel. Any help greatly appreciated Rexmann |
