I am making business cards. I have formatted the first one and now I don't

See http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm, especially the macro

I downloaded a business card template from the internet and it saved itself directly to my dashboard, i can see it and move it around and everything but i can't find out how to print it in business card format or even print it for that matter. Is there any way to put it on a different file like word or something and then have it print out like a normal 10 card format type of thing?
